Featuring a customizable and removable foam packer situated inside the fabric pouch of the boxers, a natural-looking bulge is easily created each time you wear the underwear. This timeless garment shape flatters all body types and sizes range from XS-6XL. The snowy white waistband fits securely, creating a snug and secure fit. Soft elastic in the leg seam keeps these trunks from riding up and helps prevent chafing. Perfect mid-length coverage you can trust.

      How do I find my measurements?

      To find the right fit for you, you'll need your waist and hip measurements. The waist measurement is taken all the way around the top of your hipbone (circumference).  To find your hip size, you'll need to measure around fullest part of your hip, usually at the fullest part of your buttocks (circumference).

      To get the most accurate measurement, we suggest taking these measurements while wearing tight-fitting clothes or without any clothing. Measurements taken over layers of loose clothing may be inaccurate.

      Our Returns/Exchanges Policy

      Due to the nature of our product (underwear) we can't guarantee that a return/refund will be possible. 

      Please send us an email to info@paxsies.com to start the returns/exchanges process.

      Requirements for Returns/Exchanges

      • The product is unused
      • Both the product and the original packaging are intact and in good condition.

      Wrong Item/Size Received or Defective Item

      We can arrange an exchange or return in case you have received the wrong item/size, or if the product you ordered is defective upon receipt. 

      If you received an item other than what you ordered, please do not open the packaging. Due to the nature of our products, as we cannot arrange a return or exchange for opened products for hygiene reasons. 

      In case the item you received is defective, please contact us so we can arrange for a new product to be shipped to you free of charge.

      Returns/Exchanges Shipping Charges

      Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are generally shouldered by the customer, with a few exceptions (see below).

      • If you received the wrong item/size
      • If the item you received is defective

      In such cases, the return shipping fees will be reimbursed by us once we receive a digital copy of the shipping receipt.

      Size chart wrong

      I bought 7 pairs of these back in august 21’ ($30 per pair of underwear is not cheap) i got them and tried a pair on and the waist was perfect but the butt was way too small like they were designed for people that didn’t have a butt, so i tried returning them by emailing but never got a response back so i tried reselling them and that didn’t work, so here i am now june 22’ trying them on again and in order for them to fit correctly i have to manually stretch the bum area of the fabric but once it’s bearable the underwear is great i just wish the size chart was accurate. i pack my ezp jr in them and can still use it as a stp with a little bit of manoeuvring of thing to get it into stp position but i’m able to do it discretely and it’s not noticeable at a urinal. so i would not jump straight into buying multiple pair bc if they don’t work for you it’s be a waste.

      Would recommend!

      The Boxer fit me really well and are comfortable. In my opinion the foam is a good opportunity if you don‘t want to use a silicon packer. The Boxer got a bit colored on the inner side where the packer is inside, but that could also be my own fault.

      Design needs some tweaks, but customer service is top notch!!

      I love the pattern on this underwear! The softness of the fabric used, is also really nice!

      Though after wearing it a few times I have realised that to work for my body type it needs to be modified slightly.

      I am bigger and have some excess belly going on, the size L which I was recommended to get based on my measurements (and talking with staff members) doesn't accommodate my larger legs, butt, and belly. The waist band fits me correctly, BUT the logo label stitched on the front causes irritation after 1/2 days wear - a printed logo would work better.
      Also, even though the waist band fits me correctly, the underwear keeps slipping down over my butt, it doesn't accommodated for my larger butt, and the legs are very stretched out when I wear them. Looking at the promotional photos on the website, everyone seems to be of a similar body size/shape. Which meant that when my butt and legs weren't accomodated in the size L I was recommended; It made me think that maybe the company hadn't tried the underwear on lots of different body types and sizes? I am not super upset about this, but I would like to see more diverse representation in the models and hopefully a change in some of the underwear sizing/design to accomodate different body shapes. I guess next time I will try an XL and hope that the waist band isn't too large :/

      The other issue I was having was the packing pouch isn't quite low enough, so I was having to constantly adjust which isn't ideal (also I swapped to a smaller packer than the original, which I am going to have to cut down in size and hope it is more comfortable that way).

      All that being said, the customer service I have received over the last few months, as I had postage issues, has been top notch! The team really cares about their customers! Which is why I am willing to try a second purchase.

      3 stars given because of the slightly disappointing fit of the underwear.
      But if I could give a seperate rating for customer service it would be 5 stars!

      Great fit!

      These are a great fit. Comfy and the fabric is nice.
      But mine discolored in the crotch after wearing Them the First time which lets Them Look not so nice anymore...
