How do I find my measurements?

To find the right fit for you, you'll need your waist and hip measurements. The waist measurement is taken all the way around the top of your hipbone (circumference).  To find your hip size, you'll need to measure around fullest part of your hip, usually at the fullest part of your buttocks (circumference).

To get the most accurate measurement, we suggest taking these measurements while wearing tight-fitting clothes or without any clothing. Measurements taken over layers of loose clothing may be inaccurate.

Our Returns/Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of our product (underwear) we can't guarantee that a return/refund will be possible. 

Please send us an email to info@paxsies.com to start the returns/exchanges process.

Requirements for Returns/Exchanges

  • The product is unused
  • Both the product and the original packaging are intact and in good condition.

Wrong Item/Size Received or Defective Item

We can arrange an exchange or return in case you have received the wrong item/size, or if the product you ordered is defective upon receipt. 

If you received an item other than what you ordered, please do not open the packaging. Due to the nature of our products, as we cannot arrange a return or exchange for opened products for hygiene reasons. 

In case the item you received is defective, please contact us so we can arrange for a new product to be shipped to you free of charge.

Returns/Exchanges Shipping Charges

Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are generally shouldered by the customer, with a few exceptions (see below).

  • If you received the wrong item/size
  • If the item you received is defective

In such cases, the return shipping fees will be reimbursed by us once we receive a digital copy of the shipping receipt.

Great concept!!

I love the designs & everything & the concept of packing boxers that i myself & my boyfriend can both use but both the foam buldge cup thing & the boxers themselves were extremely uncomfortable to wear. I believe I had the right size, but the boxers still didn’t feel right for me. I didn’t like the way they were fitted but i still think you guys are doing a great job creating something trans people can use to feel more comfy.

Boxers are great, packer could be improved.

I ordered it on 7/9/2022, the price is quite high, considering that for this price you can get a fairly decent silicone packer or STP, but the boxers are very high quality, so maybe that's it. They are made of very good and comfortable material and they also smelled very nice :) The pouch is great too. The packer was really big though, and the moment I tried to cut it as symmetrically as possible, I was a bit disappointed that you can't choose the packer size too... maybe in the future :) I ordered it mainly because of the suit, it's a great middle way between all the options and probably the most pleasant, because when you go to the toilet and you have a normal packer, you have to take everything off and then put it on and straighten it... here it's great, you put the packer on and then you don't have to deal with anything. Nothing moves, you don't sweat, it looks good, just great.

Great product!!

I bought this two pair of boxers last month and I've got to say that they're great, Soft and comdortable. I've worn them twice! The only problem is that perhaps I chose the wrong size (L) I think I'm (M). Anyway, they fit very well on me. It's definitely worth it! Excellent items. Thanks a lot. Greetings from Ecuador!

Awesome!

This was my first order and my first packing underwear. I didn’t know how much I needed these until I put them on! I got a huge confidence boost!

The underwear is really comfortable, I wasn’t sure if I would get the right size but I think it works? I fit the measurements for M exactly. The boxers are not too tight but also not too loose.

The colors on the blue pair are nice and bright, but there are some differences between the two. The black one has good looking seams while the blue ones don’t look as neat. But all in all it’s not a big deal, it doesn’t change the way they work.

I‘m really happy with the boxers and can’t wait to order more!
