How do I find my measurements?

To find the right fit for you, you'll need your waist and hip measurements. The waist measurement is taken all the way around the top of your hipbone (circumference).  To find your hip size, you'll need to measure around fullest part of your hip, usually at the fullest part of your buttocks (circumference).

To get the most accurate measurement, we suggest taking these measurements while wearing tight-fitting clothes or without any clothing. Measurements taken over layers of loose clothing may be inaccurate.

How do I get the right measurements?

Getting the right measurements is essential to getting the right size of binder for you. If you're getting our sports binder or basic binder, you'll need your bust and shoulder measurements. You'll need your bust, waist, hip, and shoulder measurements for the singlet binder

You can get your bust measurement by measuring under your armpits over the fullest part of your chest (circumference). Waist measurements are taken all the way around the top of your hipbone (circumference). To get your hip size, you'll need to measure around fullest part of your hip, usually at the fullest part of your buttocks (circumference). Lastly, the shoulder measurement can be taken from one end of the shoulder (where your shoulder meets your arm) to the other.

To get the most accurate measurements, we recommend wearing close-fitting or no clothing. Taking your measurements over layers of clothing may lead to inaccurate results.

Which binder is best for me?

Chest binders are meant to be tight, like a second skin. You should be able to breathe and move easily without the binder causing any unnecessary discomfort. That being said, we have a wide range of binders to accommodate different needs, preferences, and body types.

If you have a fuller, firmer chest, we recommend choosing a binder with our extra strong material since they have more compression power, which will give your chest a flatter appearance.

Some people have a large difference between their bust and waist sizes - if this is the case for you, and you're looking to get a singlet binder from us, we recommend choosing the size that corresponds to your waist size, not your chest size. Since our singlet binders compress all the way down the torso, this will ensure that you have enough room to breathe (and will make binding more comfortable for you).

If you have a larger chest, we recommend choosing a singlet binder rather than a half-binder because the extra fabric allows for more compression and gives your chest more room.

If you are between sizes, or have broader shoulders, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Ultimately, the right type of binder depends on your preferences and your lifestyle. Binding safely means choosing the right size. Please do not deliberately choose a smaller size. Getting the binder on will be difficult, and binding too tightly can lead to injury and other health concerns.

Foam Sizing

We currently only sell one size of foam filling. We have noticed that some of our customers prefer a smaller bulge and that the edges of the foam can be a bit hard which makes them itchy. We recommend cutting the foam with sharp scissors (to avoid fraying) layer by layer until the packer is the perfect size for you. Cutting the foam insert will give you a smaller bulge, and will not damage the foam nor the boxers in any way.

Many of our customers trim the foam at the sides and round the top and bottom for added comfort (as shown in the photo below). How you cut the foam insert is ultimately up to you, your preferences, and your needs!

Foam Washing Instructions

We recommend hand-washing the foam with soap and water, and allowing it to air-dry. If you prefer, you can machine-wash it on a normal cycle at 30°C with the boxers. 

Please refrain from putting the foam inserts in the tumble-dryer as this may compromise the shape and quality of the foam.

sports binder extra strong

The binder is very soft in material, doesnt itch or hurt in that sense, it does roll up untill under the boob for people w larger chests. It is also unfit to sport in, since it is still a binder and too tight to confortably breathe while doing said sports activities. The label in de side is on the other hand very itchy and uncomfortable, but overall as a regular day to day binder very nice.

It's a good product, although I was surprised to find that it was much more like a sports bra than a binder. If you bought a sports bra with no padding I'm sure it'd have the same binding effect. As I'm quite small chested as long as I wear a hoodie or a baggy top nobody would be able to tell. Just beware, if you aren't an A cup and expect this to actually bind your chest, you will not be satisfied.

Really nice!

The quality is very good, also after washing the binder stays tight. The low cut in the back is so good for doing sports I actually wear them not only for sports but all day long as I sweat a lot in any other binders, this is a great solution for this. Would definitely recommend them if you sweat a lot as I do.
